Hi

I introduced today the "ego items" (which was personalized items in some threads before).

An ego item is an item bound to a single person or a clan.

a normal sword is called "longsword".
An ego item sword is called "<playername>'s longsword".

An ego item can only be used or manipulated by its owner.
This includes get = take the item. An ego item can be dropped
to the ground - only the owner can take it back.

a not to a target bound ego item is called "unbound".

It can't be applied but taken or traded.

To apply the ego item you need to "bind" it to you.

For that the player has to mark the item.
Then he has give the new command "/egobind".
The /egobind command will ask something like
"if you really want bind the item type "/egobind 1234", where 1234
is a special ID number for that item.

If you type that, the item will be bound to the person who typed it
(and who has it in its inventory).

Most applyable donation items are ego items.

How would we bind it to a clan? and would that mean people, only, in that clan can use it?

The server doesn't support clans, and the bound-ness is a server function i believe.... so i don't believe that binding to a clan will work--only to a player--until we get them server-side.

Oh. I don't like this. Just found ring of combat.
I don't know now if I want to sell it or use it.
